Yes! You do not need any special permission or passwords to link to royalindustries.com. You can either link directly to our Home page or utilize our Un-branded Online Catalog (www.83770.com). You can open our site in a new browser window, or place our site within your framed page.


Can I use the text or images from your site?

All of the material on our Web pages are the exclusive property of Royal Industries. Only registered distributors of our products or their Web development partners are excluded from this rule. They do not need permission, and may reproduce on their own site or catalog any part of our site without prior written consent. All others who are found removing content from our site and offering it for sale will be considered copyright infringement and a violation of our terms of use.


Can your print 4 color process?

Yes, we can print 4 color processes, but this is only done on large orders. Customers should contact factory for details and quote.


Do you accept electronic art?

We have a state-of-the-art graphics department. We accept art via our Royal Industries Relay System and via email. Please see our Art Requirements below.

Please review this guide to assure that your supplied artwork is acceptable and usable for delay-free production. Emailing your artwork is the quickest and most efficient means of transmitting your customer’s camera-ready, digital imprint to us.
 
For your convenience, our website (www.royalindustries.com) contains all of our product templates as well as the maximum imprint area for each item. Please use these to size and position your artwork to avoid any miscommunication. Please include any special directions, crop marks or location instructions as they apply.

E-MAILED ARTWORK (1 color hot stamp)
All artwork should be e-mailed with it’s corresponding order to: cs@royalindustries.com
 
If sending artwork under a separate cover please be sure to include your company name and P.O. number in the subject line of your email. Also include your contact information in the body in the event we would need to contact you.
 
ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS
AI, EPS or PDF vector files only. JPG files may be included for visuals only.
 
CAMERA-READY ARTWORK
Camera-ready artwork (CRA) consists of complete (art and type) vector artwork sized to fit your selected product. *It is important that all fonts be converted to curves before saving. This should be done to avoid potential (and sometimes unnoticed) minor typestyle/spacing changes that may occur. 
 
UNACCEPTABLE  ARTWORK
GIF, TIF, JPG or BMP files are of unacceptable quality for hot stamping and will not produce
a clean reproduction. Note:  Please do not save a scanned image (gif, tif, jpg etc.) file as an EPS, Ai or PDF file as it will not improve the quality of the image and will only delay order production. 
 
We cannot accept any artwork which consist of gradations (tints) or halftones as they will not reproduce clearly during hot stamping. Please avoid very small, very detailed or small drop-out images/copy which tend to fill-in to some degree during the hot stamping  process.
 
SILK SCREENING (multi-color imprints)
Spot-colored vector artwork is required for all screened imprints. Please note that while we accept PMS color requests, we cannot guarantee exact color matches due to a variety of factors. We will however come as close as possible.
 
FULL-COLOR DIGITAL PRINTS
Please send your full-color image with a resolution of at least 300 DPI as a raster (PS, PSD, TIFF, JPG or PDF) file. 
Templates for all our Full-Color Digital are available online on our website (www.royalindustries.com). Please note that when the image/background runs to the edge of the product a 1/8” bleed is required.

Do you charge for exact color matches?

No, we do not charge for exact color matches. However, we can only do an exact color match for orders that will be Silk Screened. Hot stamped orders can only be matched as close as possible to a color.


Do you have an un-branded catalog I can link to?

Yes! If you would like to utilize our online product catalog for your Web site, you can link to our unbranded catalog at www.83770.com. We will keep this catalog updated for you, so you never have to do any maintenance. Your customers will be able to see all of our products without the fear of them contacting us. How do I get a password for "My Royal"?

The password protected area of royalindustries.com, our Distributor Services Site, contains information that is only pertinent to our distributor partners. If you registered to use it but forgot your password, email us to request a new one. If you are a distributor and have not registered, register now and someone from our office will set you up with a password within 24 hours.

How do I order your products?

We sell our products through promotional products distributors. We do not sell directly to advertisers. To purchase our products contact your ad specialty distributor. If you do not have a distributor, you can contact us and we will have a distributor in your area contact you.

How many catalogs and brochures can I receive at no charge?

There is no charge for catalogs in reasonable quantities. Any freight charges, however, over $4.00 will be billed but we will issue credit upon receipt of an order of greater value.


Is "Rush Service" available?

Yes. If you anticipate a rush order, please call us to see if we can meet your rush date before sending order. We will be able to meet your needs 99% of the time. We will make every effort possible to ship your order when requested. Due to chance of errors, we unfortunately do not accept orders over the phone. We do request that any orders be faxed, emailed, or mailed into the factory.


What are your custom product capabilities?

Royal's award-winning expertise makes custom manufacturing hassle-free. Be it a simple modification of an existing item from our line or a total customization from scratch. Royal is the leader in custom vinyl products. We will be happy to provide a written quote for all your custom projects. We request that you please call or fax your specification and we will get back to you ASAP.


What is "My Royal"?

My Royal is the password protected area of Royalindustries.com which contains information that is only pertinent to our distributor partners. You are able to check the status of your orders, receive extra special coupons and offers.


What is Hot Stamping?

Hot stamping is a printing plate with a dye or image on it. The color foil is placed in between the plate and item. The image on the plate is then transferred onto the item.


What is Pad printing?

A recessed surface is covered with ink. When the plate is wiped clean, ink remains in the recessed areas. A silicone pad then presses against the plate, pulls the ink out of the recesses, and presses it directly onto the product.


What is Silk Screen printing?

An image is transferred to the printed surface by ink squeegeed through a stenciled screen stretched over a frame. Screens are treated with a light-sensitive emulsion, then film positives are put in contact with the screens and exposed to light. The light hardens the emulsion not covered by the film, leaving a soft area on the screen for the squeegee to force ink through. Also called silkscreening.


What is the set up charge?

All prices on our site and in our catalog include five lines of straight line copy. These charges for custom logos are $120.00 on an (A) and are sometimes called set up charges, however, this is not a good term as it implies a change for each order which we don't have. We only charge for a cut (logo) once if you need it. Remember all our prices include straight line copy.


What is the special pricing for distributors?

For a distributors self promotion, the price would be end quantity pricing less 15% off item.


What is the standard production time?

Royal attempts to work with distributors to meet their specified in-hand date. Standard production time is approximately 10-15 working days after receipt of order for credit-established accounts (RUSH orders are always available on special request). Production time does not include the day the order is received by the factory. Production will begin after approval of proof. Orders not specifying shipment method will be shipped ground. Allow extra time for order without camera-ready artwork and orders in excess of catalog quantities.


Can I ship via a 3rd party account for Fedex or UPS?

Yes! Royal will gladly ship your order through your or your customer's UPS or FedEx account if you choose too.  If you do choose a 3rd party shipping accounts please note the following:

·  If your packages are lost or damaged, as the shipper, Royal is happy to file the claim on your behalf. 

·  Please note that Royal only fully insures orders that are shipped on our UPS or FEDEX accounts. 

o This means that we may or may not be reimbursed for lost or damaged packages shipped on a 3rd party account. In this case, we will prepare the order to be reshipped and bill 100% of the order to you. 

·  Any orders that are shipped on Royal Industries accounts are fully insured. 

o This means that Royal will file the claim with the shipper and reship your order at no charge to you. 


What happens if the address I provide is incorrect?

 At Royal will will take every precaution to ensure that the address you provide is entered exactly as provided. 

·  The distributor is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.

·  Fedex and UPS Both charge an address correction fee ranging between $16 - $18 per box.  Royal will pass these charges back to the distributor.

·  If Royal has not made an error entering the shipping address, we can not be responsible for rerouting and address changes and charges made by your carrier and as a result we will bill you for those charges.
