This item number has changed to item # 240. Item #240 is a little smaller than the item #292. Item #240 size is 4”x 2-1/2” and the old item #292 was 4-1/2” x 2-3/4”.
The Royal conversion insert is the same style (ATM refill) but the look will be different than the old DLX item. The Royal item has an 8 page insert, the old DLX item had 12 pages.
